dc.description	This article problematizes the existing theoretical positions on youth and dialogues them with the youth condition in Latin America regarding the tensions in which young people have to maintain themselves today, the gaps and the exclusion. The Millennial category is questioned in which all persons born since the 90s are designated on a par with new technologies and which responds to an Americanized vision of youth, which does not respond to the readings of Latin America and the youth of the region. Finally, it is concluded that the millennial youth is an invention of neoliberal moral order as a form of administration of youth life that leads young people to marginalization and exclusion.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo problematiza las posturas teóricas existentes sobre la juventud y se ponen en dialogo con la condición juvenil en América Latina respecto a las tensiones en las que tienen que mantenerse los jóvenes en la actualidad, las brechas y la exclusión. Se cuestiona la categoría Millenial en la que se designa a todas las personas nacidas a partir de los años 90s a la par de las nuevas tecnologías y que responde a una visión americanizada de la juventud, que no responde a las lecturas de America Latina y de los jóvenes de la región. Finalmente se concluye que la juventud millenial es una invención de orden moral neoliberal como forma de administración de la vida juvenil que aboca a los jóvenes a la marginación y a la exclusión.	es-ES
