| dc.description | This article analyzes the inclusion of the psychosocial approach in the Housing Policy of Neiva city from 2014 to 2018, identifying the process in which the psychosocial perspective is developed in the National Housing Policy through a literature review. It is also compared with the Municipal Housing Policy and the psychosocial dimensions proposed by Villa (2012). The results suggest that although Neiva is a leader in terms of Social Housing supply for vulnerable communities, the integration of the psychosocial perspective is missed in the Housing Policy of the capital and demonstrates some irregularities compared to national regulations. Therefore, it is necessary to apply assessment and monitoring strategies of the policies from their design to implementation. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo tiene como propósito analizar la inclusión del enfoque psicosocial en la Política de Vivienda en el municipio de Neiva en el periodo 2014-2018, realizando, a través de una revisión documental, la identificación de la forma en que aparece la perspectiva psicosocial en la Política de Vivienda a nivel Nacional, comparándola con la Política de Vivienda Municipal y contemplando las dimensiones psicosociales propuestas por Villa (2012). Los resultados obtenidos sugieren que, la ciudad de Neiva, aunque se destaca por la gran oferta de Viviendas de Interés Social para la población vulnerable, presenta vacíos en la integración de la perspectiva psicosocial en la Política de Vivienda y demuestra algunas irregularidades frente a las normativas nacionales, por lo que se vuelve necesario que se implementen estrategias de evaluación y seguimiento a las políticas desde su diseño, ejecución y aplicación a la comunidad. | es-ES |
