| dc.description | This article deals with the formation of the Rrom-gadzhé alterity departing from the experience both authors, a gadzhí and a Rrom, have had in Colombia and mainly in Bogota, with each other’s counterpart. In fact, we will contrast our perceptions with bibliographic references that develop the construction of otherness, which we will contrast with our own perceptions. In particular, we research how this otherness is built through work, research, intergenerational coexistence, audiovisual productions, music and daily basis life in general. This analysis will account for the differences and confluences in the perception that each author has about that otherness, as well as the divergences and similarities that exist between both sides. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo aborda la construcción de la otredad Rrom-gadzhé a partir de la experiencia que los dos autores, una gadzhí y un Rrom, hemos tenido conjuntamente en Colombia, principalmente en Bogotá. Para ello, contrastaremos nuestras percepciones con algunos referentes bibliográficos que pueden dar cuenta de la construcción de la otredad.2 En particular, indagaremos cómo se forma esa alteridad a través del trabajo, la investigación, la convivencia intergeneracional, las producciones audiovisuales, la música y la vida cotidiana. El análisis anterior dará cuenta de las diferencias y confluencias en la percepción que cada autor/a tiene sobre esa otredad, así como de las divergencias y similitudes que existen entre ambas partes. | es-ES |
