dc.description	El artículo pretende mostrar la complejidad de los desafíos que enfrentan algunas de las institucionales del Mincult, encargadas de contribuir a la formación cultural de adolescentes y jóvenes, y a la satisfacción de sus necesidades en este orden. A partir del análisis de algunos antecedentes, y de un conjunto de talleres realizados entre 2014 y 2016 con especialistas de las Direcciones Provinciales y Municipales del Mincult de varias provincias del país, se obtuvo información relevante acerca del trabajo de estas entidades en torno a adolescentes y jóvenes. Se comenta acerca de la interrelación de las características de las acciones desarrolladas con la preparación profesional del personal técnico y su visión de la población joven, como elementos esenciales para ajustar el desempeño institucional al mandato gubernamental.	es
dc.description	The article aims to show the complexity of the challenges faced by some of the Mincult institutions, in charge of contributing to the cultural training of adolescents and young people, and to meeting their needs in this order. From the analysis of some antecedents, and from a set of workshops held between 2014 and 2016 with specialists from the Provincial and Municipal Offices of Mincult, from various provinces of the country, relevant information was obtained about the work of these entities around adolescents and young. It comments on the interrelation of the characteristics of the actions carried out with the professional preparation of the technical staff and their vision of the young population, as essential elements to adjust the institutional performance to the government mandate.	en
