dc.description	The paper details the normative, legal and applicative approaches of Neurolaw and its implications in the Costa Rican legal system, defining and specifying the different legal elements applicable to the commercial biometric research, allowing to establish the minimum parameters that safeguard the neural rights of the subjects of biometric research in the country, as well as the definition of the technical and legal scope that researchers in the area must consider for their development. It is based on a field study of a sample of 100 active lawyers, as well as a legal analysis of the normative rules of possible link to Neurolaw, specifying a diffuse relationship in its content, as well as dispersed applications.	en-US
dc.description	El trabajo detalla las aproximaciones normativas, legales y aplicativas del Neuroderecho y sus implicaciones en el ordenamiento jurídico costarricense, de forma que se precisen los diferentes elementos jurídicos aplicables a la investigación biométrica comercial, permitiendo establecer los parámetros mínimos que resguardan los derechos neurales de los sujetos de investigación biométrica en el país, así como la definición de los alcances técnicos y jurídicos que los investigadores en el área deben considerar para su desarrollo. Se sustenta en un estudio de campo a una muestra de 100 abogados activos, así como en un análisis jurídico de las normas de posible ligamen al Neuroderecho, precisando una relación difusa en su contenido, así como aplicaciones dispersas.	es-ES
