dc.description	Interrogation is a key method for a legal system that seeks to protect the ideals of justice and truth but, due to the implementation of virtuality, questions the utility and ethics of the medium in which it is executed, reconsidering accelerated changes in the law. both practical and theoretical. The cross-examination method of interrogations in obtaining credible testimonies is questioned, due to its techniques questioned by the psychology of testimony. Therefore, in the following work, through a deductive-analytical method with a qualitative methodology, it will be examined if the interrogation method is convenient, and if it responds to the demands of the efficiency of a digital environment.	en-US
dc.description	El interrogatorio es un método clave para un sistema legal que busca proteger los ideales de justicia y verdad pero que a causa de la implementación de la virtualidad pone en cuestión la utilidad y ética por el medio en que se ejecuta, replanteando cambios acelerados en el derecho tanto prácticos como teóricos. Se cuestiona el método cross examination de los interrogatorios en la obtención de testimonios creíbles, por sus técnicas cuestionadas por la psicología del testimonio. Por lo cual, en el siguiente trabajo a través de un método deductivo-analítico con una metodología cualitativa se examinará, si el método de interrogatorio es conveniente, y si responde a las exigencias de la eficiencia de un entorno digital.	es-ES
