dc.description	This paper offers some theoretical foundations to the conception of law as constituted by language, from a weak or modal ontology and supported by the Communicational Theory of Law and literary hermeneutics, in opposition to the classical theories of law that conceive law as an entity whose existence is prior to language, from a strong ontological or merely ontological position.	en-US
dc.description	Este artículo ofrece algunos fundamentos teóricos a la concepción del derecho como constituido por el lenguaje, desde una ontología débil o modal y apoyado en Teoría Comunicacional de Derecho y en la hermenéutica literaria, en oposición a las teorías clásicas del derecho que conciben al derecho como un ente cuya existencia es previa al lenguaje, a partir de una postura ontológica fuerte o meramente ontológica.	es-ES
