dc.description	Hume is one of the most relevant philosophers in the evolution of the conceptions of human knowledge, his perspective served as a seed to flourish in the thought of later authors, to whom he inspired and served as a guide. This investigation seeks to carry out analysis without any type of contamination, which to date, is considered the masterpiece of this author, his Treatise on human nature, for this reason, an in-depth analysis of the work has been made, an agency of the which is perhaps the first commercial version in Spanish of this book and by applying an inductive-deductive method we have been able to extract the most relevant ideas in the author’s thought and trying to analyze them in our space-time, reaching quite interesting conclusions about how the philosophy of Hume, is perhaps the most suitable for application in modern thought, being much more appropriate today than in his time; this is perhaps because human nature perceives knowledge, but does not necessarily perceive the ethical and moral principles within it. Therefore, what the present work seeks is to determine if man, concerning the law, is based on mere reasoning or a pre-established act, and directed by emotions; and for this, we will carry out an analysis of one of the most relevant works of Hume’s philosophy, his Treatise on human nature.	en-US
dc.description	Hume es uno de los filósofos más relevantes en la evolución de las concepciones del conocimiento humano, su perspectiva sirvió de semilla para florecer en el pensamiento de posteriores autores, a quienes inspiró y sirvió como guía. Esta investigación busca realizarun análisis sin ningún tipo de contaminación, de la que hasta la fecha, es considerada la obra cumbre de este autor, su "Tratado de la naturaleza humana", por ello se ha hecho un análisis a profundidad de la obra agenciándonos de la que tal vez es la primera versión comercial en español de este libro y aplicando un método inductivo-deductivo hemos podido extraer las ideas más relevantes en el pensamiento del autor y tratando de analizarlas en nuestro espacio tiempo, llegando a conclusiones bastante interesantes sobre como la filosofía de Hume, es tal vez la más adecuada para la aplicación en el pensamiento moderno, siendo hoy mucho más apropiada que en su tiempo; esto tal vez se debe a que la naturaleza humana percibe el conocimiento, pero no necesariamente percibe los principios éticos y morales dentro de él. Por ello, lo que busca el presente trabajo es determinar si el hombre, con respecto al derecho, se basa en un mero razonamiento o un actuar preestablecido, y dirigido por las emociones; y para ello, realizaremos un análisis de una de las obras más relevantes de la filosofía de Hume, su Tratado de la naturaleza humana.	es-ES
