dc.description	For effective teacher training, it is essential to promote their training and provide them with the necessary tools for proper educational management. The availability of relevant and pertinent tools is key to developing educational work that meets the needs of both students and society in general. Leadership is a broad and multifaceted topic that has been studied in various contexts, including education. The present study consists of a literature review about the information available as an approach to an educational strategy based on these concepts and how they can influence the performance and development of students, teaching staff and the operation of educational institutions. It is considered that teachers and social leaders seek to achieve educational objectives, developing tutoring networks as an innovative strategy to fill the gaps in learning communities.	en-US
dc.description	Para una formación docente eficaz es fundamental promover su capacitación y dotarles de las herramientas necesarias para una gestión educativa adecuada. La disponibilidad de herramientas relevantes y pertinentes es clave para desarrollar un trabajo educativo que responda a las necesidades tanto de los estudiantes como de la sociedad en general. El liderazgo es un tema amplio y multifacético que se ha estudiado en diversos contextos, incluyendo la educación. El presente estudio consiste en una revisión de literatura acerca de la información disponible como un acercamiento a una estrategia educativa a partir de estos conceptos y cómo pueden influir en el rendimiento y desarrollo de los estudiantes, el personal docente y el funcionamiento de las instituciones educativas. Se considera que docentes y líderes sociales buscan la consecución de objetivos educativos, desarrollando como estrategia innovadora las redes de tutoría para suplir las carencias en las comunidades de aprendizaje.	es-ES
