Ver cómo en la actualidad cada vez más los inversionistas extranjeros buscan la manera de ingresar a los mercados extranjeros de la manos de sus socios locales para determinados proyectos u operaciones, los cuales una vez concretada la negociación, la redacción del contrato de Joint Venture será fundamental para evitar cualquier cuestionamiento en el futuro, he ahí en donde radica lo vital de conocer la estructura civil y los elementos de dicho contrato y el cual se encuentra técnicamente desarrollado en el presente trabajo. Finalmente, el autor busca entender al financiamiento como elemento importante para operar dicho contrato, para lo cual nos muestra algunos de los mecanismos más utilizados al momento de entrar en vigencia dicho contrato.	es
