dc.description	On this paper, a study designed from an ethnographic approach about a business group with a long history: the Argentine Association of Regional Consortiums for Agricultural Experimentation (AACREA) is presented. This work proposes to analyze, through documentary sources and interviews with members of different generations,  the training of young people in local communities during the last sixty years. The writing unfolds in two interlocked dimensions of analysis: on one hand, the institutional position regarding rural youth and their education; on the other, the family strategies of its members for the incorporation of their young people to the socio-productive and organizational activities of the sector.	en-US
dc.description	Se presenta un estudio pensado desde un enfoque etnográfico sobre un grupo empresarial de vasta trayectoria, la Asociación Argentina de Consorcios Regionales de Experimentación Agrícola (AACREA) en su vinculación con problemáticas educativas entendidas en sentido amplio, es decir no restringida a la escolarización. Este trabajo propone analizar cómo se ha planteado la formación de los jóvenes de las comunidades en los últimos sesenta años, a través de fuentes documentales y entrevistas a integrantes de distintas generaciones. El escrito se despliega en dos dimensiones de análisis entrelazadas: por un lado, la postura institucional acerca de la juventud rural y su educación; por el otro, las estrategias familiares de sus miembros para la incorporación de sus jóvenes a las actividades socioproductivas y organizacionales del sector.	es-ES
