dc.description	The present work addresses the experiences lived by young islander generations in a double context of emergency, on the one hand with the pandemic caused by COVID-19, and on the other with the lower water levels of the Paraná River. For this reason, it is interesting for me to immerse in the daily processes experienced by young generations that live between the island and the city during the period from March to June 2020. I also investigate how the public policies assumed by the national government reach the young rural-island generations in this context. Both objectives have the aim of contextualizing the current experiences that permeate and constitute the formative experiences of island families and students, who in 2017 started their passage from primary to secondary school, with whom field work was carried out for a doctoral thesis in progress.	en-US
dc.description	Este trabajo aborda aquellas experiencias que vivencian las jóvenes generaciones isleñas en un doble contexto de emergencia, por un lado respecto de la pandemia causada por el COVID-19, por el otro respecto de la bajante del Río Paraná en las islas ubicadas frente a la ciudad de Rosario (Argentina). En este sentido, me interesa sumergirme en los procesos cotidianos que las jóvenes generaciones viven en el período de marzo a junio 2020 entre la isla y la ciudad; a su vez indago cómo las políticas públicas asumidas por el gobierno nacional en este contexto alcanzan a la población rural-isleñas. Ambos objetivos tienen el propósito de contextualizar las vivencias actuales que permean y constituyen las experiencias formativas de familias y estudiantes isleñes, que en 2017 comenzaron su pasaje de la escuela primaria a la secundaria y junto a quienes se realizó trabajo de campo para una tesis doctoral en curso.	es-ES
