dc.description	This paper analyzes the links between the forces of neoliberal capitalism, the struggle for hegemony and its social impact in Latin America. In the first part, it examines the main characteristics of the construction of the neoliberal hegemony, overdetermined by the symbolic order. In the second part, it examines the dimension of the hegemonic impact, through the discursive analysis of the forms and gradual intensities of social resistance and the construction of alternatives to neoliberal order in the social and union movements, popular rebellions and outbreaks of social protest of the 1990s and early 2000s. In the third part, it examines the hegemonic impact, through the relational analysis of the degrees of advance and the phenomenological-discursive limits of the post-neoliberal and (center)left governments of Latin America to dispute power to the forces of the neoliberal right and oppose an alternative economic and social model.	en-US
dc.description	Este trabajo analiza los vínculos entre las fuerzas del capitalismo neoliberal, la disputa por la hegemonía y su impacto social en América Latina. Partiendo de los postulados onto-epistemológicos de la Teoría Política del Discurso, en la primera parte describe y caracteriza las principales transformaciones sociopolíticas que produjo la construcción hegemónica del neoliberalismo en nuestra región. En la segunda parte, examina el impacto hegemónico, a través del análisis discursivo de las diversas formas e intensidades graduales de resistencia social y la construcción de alternativas políticas frente al orden neoliberal en los movimientos sociales y sindicales, las rebeliones populares y los estallidos de protesta social de los años noventa y comienzos del 2000. En la última parte, analiza los grados de avance y las limitaciones de los gobiernos posneoliberales y de (centro)izquierda latinoamericana para disputar poder a las fuerzas de la derecha neoliberal en el capitalismo actual y oponer un modelo económico alternativo.	es-ES
