| dc.description | The social and economic environment demands the adoption of management practices oriented towards gender equality because of women’s own right to decide on their roles and other related effects. As a result of a documentary research, this article presents background, definitions, legislation, related practices and national results, which indicate that by 2019, 102 companies have been certified in the Mexican Standard on Labor Equality and Non-Discrimination, a minimum number considering the 696,333 companies registered in the SIEM (2017) or the 4 million of MSMEs (2015). Likewise, reflections and recommendations are presented with the purpose of fostering the advancement on this topic. | en-US |
| dc.description | El entorno social y económico demanda adoptar prácticas de gestión orientadas a la igualdad de género por el propio derecho de la mujer a decidir sobre sus roles y por los efectos relacionados. Como resultado de una investigación documental se presentan en este artículo antecedentes, definiciones, legislación, prácticas relacionadas y resultados nacionales, los cuales señalan a 2019, que 102 empresas se han certificado en la Norma en Igualdad Laboral y No Discriminación, una cifra mínima considerando las 696.333 registradas en el SIEM (2017) o las 4 millones de Mipymes (2015). Igualmente se exponen reflexiones y recomendaciones para continuar avanzando en este tema. | es-ES |
