This paper analyzes the impact of COVID 19 on the socio-economic situation of women farm workers in the Saiss and Gharb plains and the coping strategies that these women have mobilized to deal with it. The vast majority of the women interviewed continued to work in an environment fraught with risk and uncertainty. Faced with reduced employment opportunities, the constant risk of contamination, stigmatization, and difficulties in providing for their families, the women workers mobilized various forms of adaptation to ensure their survival and that of their families. Highlighting these capacities for adaptation and resilience allows us to rethink the role and working conditions of this category forgotten of public policy.Este artigo analisa o impacto da COVID 19 na situação socioeconômica das mulheres trabalhadoras agrícolas nas planícies de Sais e Gharb e as estratégias de enfrentamento que elas mobilizaram para lidar com a pandemia. A grande maioria das mulheres entrevistadas continuou a trabalhar em um ambiente repleto de riscos e incertezas. Diante da redução das oportunidades de emprego, do risco constante de contaminação, da estigmatização e das dificuldades em sustentar às suas famílias, as trabalhadoras mobilizaram várias formas de adaptação para garantir sua sobrevivência e a de suas famílias. Destacar estas capacidades de adaptação e resiliência nos permite repensar o papel e as condições de trabalho desta categoria esquecida das políticas públicas.
