This article aims to analyze the process of integration of African students in Brazilian society, a specific case of students in the city of São Carlos-SP. In this article, I will look at their experiences in Brazil, ranging from racial issues to xenophobia, from impressions to estrangement, from discrimination to resistance. One perceives their strangeness in being approached as Negro or African. Recalling that the majority of these students arrive in Brazil through a diplomatic relationship PEC-G to attend higher education. So, the basis of this work has a qualitative character in which I will articulate the bibliographies with the analysis of the conversations I had with members of the African Academic Community of São Carlos (CAASCAR).Este trabalho visa analisar o processo da integração dos estudantes africanos na sociedade Brasileira, caso específico dos estudantes da cidade de são Carlos- SP. Neste artigo debruçareis sobre as experiências destes no Brasil que passa desde questões raciais até xenofobia, das impressões ao estranhamento, da descriminação a resistência. Percebe-se o estranhamento destes em ser abordado como Negro ou Africano. Lembrando que a maioria destes estudantes chegam ao Brasil por meio de relação diplomática PEC-G para cursar ensino superior. Então, o embasamento deste trabalho possui caráter qualitativa na qual articularei a bibliografias com as análise das conversas que tive fiz com membros da Comunidade Acadêmica Africana de São Carlos (CAASCAR).
