dc.description	The main aim of the paper is to analyze the Linguocultural approach of the UN counter-terrorist activities in the 2000s. The authors have revealed the importance of the Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy for intensifying the fight against international terrorism considering the role of language. The content of the institutional reform of the system of UN organizations that counter terrorism is described in detail. A special focus is on the tasks and functions of the Counter-Terrorism Committee, the Counter-Terrorism Center, and the UN Counter-Terrorism Office. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of some unresolved problems in the activities of the UN as the center of the fight against terrorism in the world and the pivotal role of language.	en-US
dc.description	El objetivo principal del documento es analizar el enfoque lingüístico de las actividades antiterroristas de la ONU en la década de 2000. Los autores han revelado la importancia de la Estrategia Global Contra el Terrorismo para intensificar la lucha contra el terrorismo internacional considerando el papel del lenguaje. El contenido de la reforma institucional del sistema de organizaciones de la ONU que luchan contra el terrorismo se describe en detalle. Se hace especial hincapié en las tareas y funciones del Comité contra el terrorismo, el Centro contra el terrorismo y la Oficina de las Naciones Unidas contra el terrorismo. Se presta especial atención al análisis de algunos problemas no resueltos en las actividades de la ONU como centro de la lucha contra el terrorismo en el mundo y el papel fundamental del lenguaje.	es-ES
dc.description	O principal objetivo do artigo é analisar a abordagem linguocultural das atividades de contraterrorismo da ONU nos anos 2000. Os autores revelaram a importância da Estratégia Antiterrorista Global para intensificar a luta contra o terrorismo internacional considerando o papel da linguagem. O conteúdo da reforma institucional do sistema de organizações da ONU de combate ao terrorismo é descrito em detalhes. Um enfoque especial está nas tarefas e funções do Comitê de Combate ao Terrorismo, do Centro de Combate ao Terrorismo e do Escritório de Combate ao Terrorismo da ONU. É dada especial atenção à análise de alguns problemas não resolvidos nas atividades da ONU como o centro da luta contra o terrorismo no mundo e o papel central da linguagem.	pt-BR
