| dc.description | This article is the result of an empirical research realized in a dental clinic located in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, in 2009. We intend to expose here an analysis about the social integration forms and working conditions that can be found at that work environment. To this extent were used mainly the Axel Honneth’s recognition theory and Christophe Dejours’ analysis about “A banalização da injustiça social”. It was possible to recognize through this analysis the forms of suffering, disrespect, and lack of recognition in the prescribed environment, and the arising of social conflicts due to the form of work organization. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artigo é resultado de uma pesquisa empírica realizada no ano de 2009, em uma clínica odontológica localizada em Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Pretendemos expor uma análise sobre as formas de integração social e condições de trabalho encontradas no ambiente em foco. Para tanto, foram utilizadas, principalmente, a teoria do reconhecimento de Axel Honneth e os escritos de Christophe Dejours sobre “A banalização da injustiça social”, título de seu livro. Pretendia-se perceber, através dessa análise, se existiam formas de sofrimento, desrespeito e falta de reconhecimento no ambiente prescrito, além de conflitos originados devido à forma de organização do trabalho. | pt-BR |
