| dc.description | The conformation of what is understood by the State today took place in the 19th century when the structures of its affirmation have been settled on the European continent. Over the course of more than a century of its performance as an actor in the international system, it is possible to realize several changes in its structure and in its forms of regulation, action, and standardization that certainly impacted the social, political, institutional, legal conformation, territorial and economic structures that have been established today. The purpose of this paper aims to: to argue a transformation of the State throughout the 20th century, from a Welfare State to a new form, the neoliberal State and how this has impacted the social relations, by exacerbating a new type of socialization, whom is a selfish and mercantile individuality, with the omission of social classes and the rising up of the consumer, update the debate on the conformation and structuring of the neoliberal State via co-option of policy by capitalist agents and the transformation of politics, standardization and state regulation into possibilities of expanding the market and expanding the capital system, given that the mercatilization of everything with life is the motto; and, finally, showing current cases, in order to prehend the situation perpetrated by the Neoliberal State, pass through into the field of interpretation and analyzed to get clear the whole scenario, with the losses of social solidarity, social inequalities recrudescense at different spheres of life. | en-US |
| dc.description | A conformação do que hoje se entende por Estado se deu no século XIX, quando as primeiras estruturas de sua afirmação foram estabelecidas no continente europeu. Ao longo desse mais de um século de sua atuação como ator do sistema internacional, consegue-se perceber diversas mudanças em sua estrutura e em suas formas de regulação, de ação e de normatização que sem dúvida impactaram na conformação social, política, institucional, jurídica, territorial e econômica as quais se têm assentadas hoje. O intuito do presente trabalho gira em torno de: apresentar a transformação do Estado ao longo do século XX, de um Estado de Bem-Estar Social (Welfare State) para uma nova roupagem, o Estado neoliberal, e como isto impactou nas relações sociais, ao exacerbar um novo tipo de socialização, qual seja uma individualidade egóica e mercantil, com a supressão das classes sociais e exaltação do consumidor; atualizar o debate da conformação e estruturação do Estado neoliberal via cooptação da política por agentes capitalistas e na transformação da política, da normatização e regulação estatal em possibilidades de ampliação do mercado e da expansão do sistema do capital, tendo em vista que a mercantilização de todas as instâncias da vida é o mote; e, por fim, utilizando-se de casos atuais, para conseguir vislumbrar o imbróglio perpetrado por este Estado Neoliberal, adentra-se na seara da interpretação e tentativas de apreender o cenário posto, com as perdas de solidariedade social, exacerbação das desigualdades sociais e transformações em diversas esferas da vida. | pt-BR |
