dc.description The socio-educative measure (SEM) is about the perspective of accountability for teenagers and young adults for whom the authorship of an infraction is attributed in Brazil since the decade of 1990. In what concerns the term socio-education, it is noticed that this when used in the context of the SEM, needs conceptualizations that enablesconstructing and executing a socio-educative action based in consistent theoretical assumptions. The discussion shown in this article has as an objective characterizing the theoretical conceptions and the epistemological bases about socio- education in the context of the SEM from the literature about the theme. From the analysis of the texts it can be said that in the field of the SEM, the socio-education characterizes itself as theoretical category under construction, constituted by different theoreticalepistemological conceptions, with emphasis on social education, restorative justice, and public policy, which dispute knowledge related to the youth to whom the authorship of acts of infraction is attributed. en-US
dc.description La mesure socio-éducative (MSE)  correspond à la perspective de  responsabilisation des adolescentes et des jeunes, auteurs d’infractions au Brésil, depuis les années 1990. En ce  qui concerne le terme socio-éducation, on perçoit bien que celuici, en étant employée dans le contexte des MSE, a besoin de conceptualisations qui  rendent possible la construction et l’exécution d’une action socioéducativebasée sur des hypothèses théoriquesconsistantes. La discussion présentée dans cet article a pour objectif de  caractériser les conceptions théoriques et les bases épistémiologiques sur lasocio-éducation dans le contexte des MSE à partir de la littérature sur le  thème. À partir de l’analyse des textes, on peut dire que dans le champ des MSE, la socio-éducation se caractérise  comme catégorie théorique en construction, constituée par des conceptions théorico- épistémologiques différentes, mettant  l’accent sur l’éducation sociale, la  justice restaurative et les politiques  publiques, qui se disputent des savoirs concernant une jeunesse qui est  considéré coupable d’infactions.  fr-FR
dc.description A medida socioeducativa (MSE) diz respeito à perspectiva de responsabilização para adolescentes e jovens a quem se atribui a autoria de um ato infracional no Brasil a partir da década de 1990. No que se refere ao termo socioeducação, percebe-se que este, ao ser utilizado no contexto das MSE, necessita de conceituações que possibilitem construir e executar uma ação socioeducativa baseada em pressupostos teóricos consistentes. A discussão apresentada neste artigo tem por objetivo caracterizar as concepções teóricas e as bases epistemológicas sobre socioeducação no contexto das MSE com base na literatura sobre o tema. A partir da análise dos textos, pode-se dizer que, no campo das MSE, a socioeducação se caracteriza como categoria teórica em construção, constituída por concepções teórico-epistemológicas diferentes, com destaque para a educação social, justiça restaurativa e políticas públicas, que disputam saberes relacionados à juventude a quem se atribui a autoria de atos infracionais. pt-BR
