| dc.description | Este artículo presenta los resultados de una revisión sistematizada de la literatura en el tema del intercambio de conocimientos en el sector público. Un total de veintisiete artículos y ponencias científicas fue analizado mediante un software de referencias y categorías temáticas. El objetivo consiste en resumir las principales problemáticas que marcan esta línea de investigación, con el fin de identificar cómo la transformación digital del Estado e ideas asociadas al concepto de gobierno digital se han ido incluyendo en esta literatura. Finalmente, este artículo brinda orientación y propuestas para futuros proyectos de investigación. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article presents the results of a systematic review of the literature on the subject of knowledge sharing in the public sector. A total of 27 scientific articles and proceedings were analyzed using a reference software and thematic categories. The objective is to summarize the main problems that mark this line of research, identifying how the digital transformation of the State and ideas associated with the concept of e-Government have been included in this literature. Finally, this article provides guidance and proposals for future research projects. | en-US |
