dc.description	This article analyses the biopolitical programming of the Federal Capital during the last civil-military dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983). Specifically, we will focus the reading on a series of documents that are fundamental to unravel the way in which the urban redesign of the capital city was problematized under the management of Brigadier Osvaldo Cacciatore. Therefore, we will seek to reconstruct how the control of the "monstrous" is problematised in this programming of urban space. We will then examine the way in which the practice of environmental government is rationalized through which it seeks to "purge" the city. Within this context, we will examine the constitution of merit as a citizenship charter.	en-US
dc.description	En este artículo se analiza la programación biopolítica de la Capital Federal durante la última dictadura cívico-militar en Argentina (1976-83). Específicamente, enfocaremos la lectura en una serie de documentos que resultan fundamentales para desentrañar la manera en que se problematizó el rediseño urbanístico de la ciudad capital bajo la intendencia de facto del Brigadier Osvaldo Cacciatore. Por lo tanto, buscaremos reconstruir cómo se problematiza el control de “lo monstruoso” en esta programación del espacio urbano. Indagaremos, entonces, la forma en que se racionaliza la práctica de gobierno del medio a través de la que se busca “depurar” la ciudad. En dicho contexto, revisaremos la constitución del mérito como carta de ciudadanía.	es-ES
