| dc.description | This work- testimony intended to question about the female endeavor in spaces where it is combine politics and power, calling the experience of a group of women, professionals from a local government, seeking to achieve their "empowerment" and either the women of the community in which is inserted its actions: a "commune" of the metropolitan region during the year 2009. The global scenario that fits this experience are the recent elections of Mayors/as and the government of President Michelle Bachelet in its final part, after four years in which as it was never heard about gender equity in our country. In this work, I would try to describe the scenario in which these women were expelled by their male peers, on behalf of the covenant of the "homosociability" from peers. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este trabajo-testimonio pretende interrogar el quehacer femenino en espacios donde se conjuga poder y política, visibilizar la experiencia de un grupo de mujeres, trabajadoras profesionales de un gobierno local quienes buscan su empoderamiento y el de las mujeres de la comunidad en la que se inserta su accionar: una comuna de la Región Metropolitana durante el año 2009. El escenario global que enmarca esta experiencia son las recientes elecciones de Alcaldes/as y el gobierno de la Presidenta Michelle Bachelet en su recta final, luego de cuatro años en los que como nunca se escuchó hablar de equidad de género en nuestro país. En adelante, se intentará dar cuenta del escenario en el cuál estas mujeres son expulsadas por sus pares masculinos, en nombre del pacto de la homosociabilidad de los iguales. | es-ES |
