This thesis addresses the disputed memoirs on the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) on the digital social network Twitter. The analysis focuses on the messages that circulated in that network in May 2019, when that court granted the guarantee of non-extradition to “Jesús Santrich”, a former FARC-EP negotiator in the peace process carried out in Havana, claimed by the United States justice, which accused him of drug trafficking. The work, which also analyzes the attacks on the peace process with the FARC-EP in Havana, concludes that the debate around the “Santrich” case on Twitter synthesizes the memories in dispute about the armed conflict in Colombia, about the ways to solve it and about the legal benefits that have been granted to armed actors in the country since the mid-twentieth century.
