dc.description	The present paper offers a view on the collective war carried out currently by world powers. It states that it is a civil war, apart from being worldwide, permanent, sheltered under a state of exception and under International Law, and practiced as “humanitarian intervention” or “peace-keeping missions”. The leaders of such war present it as a “crusade” of Good against Evil (rogue States, narco-traffic, terrorism and Islamic fundamentalism), a “just war” for the wellbeing of markets, democracy, security and freedom.	en-US
dc.description	Este ensayo ofrece una visión sobre la guerra colectiva llevada a cabo por las potencias en la actualidad. Se afirma que es civil, además de mundial y permanente, amparada en un Estado de Excepción y en el Derecho Internacional y practicada como “intervención humanitaria” u “operación de mantenimiento de la paz”. Los actores guerreristas la adelantan como una “cruzada” del Bien contra el Mal (los Estados “canallas”, el narcotráfico, el terrorismo y el islamismo fundamentalista), una “guerra justa” por el bienestar del mercado, la democracia, la seguridad y la libertad.	es-ES
