dc.description	The "crime scene" holds a privileged place in the staging of contemporary reality through the media. But, what is the heuristic benefit of such legal gaze into reality? What can we see when the world is framed as the space of a crime? Using examples from contemporary visual arts, this essay discusses the bridge that this scenario offers towards memory and the historical present, providing elements for the formulation of a forensic aesthetic.	en-US
dc.description	La “escena del crimen” ocupa un lugar preferencial en la escenificación de la realidad contemporánea a través de los medios de comunicación. Pero ¿cuál es la ganancia heurística de esa mirada legal sobre la realidad? ¿Qué es lo que se ve cuando el mundo se encuadra como espacio de un crimen? Por medio de ejemplos de las artes visuales contemporáneas, el ensayo discute sobre la relación que ese escenario nos ofrece con la memoria y con el presente histórico brindando elementos para la formulación de una estética forense.	es-ES
