dc.description	The complexity and water issues and their possible solution, has been restricted to technical and scientific analysis, reducing the problem to health reasons and public health, pollution and infrastructure. Consequently this vision has usually been alien to the socio-environmental interpretation, or to search for solutions to conflicts that access and use of water often triggered in social groups, ignoring the potential that a complex analysis of the relationship society - Nature can throw for the understanding so acute problem and the approach of possible solutions. The aim of this brief is to contribute to this general purpose, to link historical research in analysis and solution of environmental conflicts, bringing a rich literature on the subject, relatively unexplored in the history of water in Bogotá. To this end, some will be discussed working on a river Tunjuelo, a water source and importance in the development of urban space in the city.	en-US
dc.description	La complejidad y problemática del agua y su eventual solución han estado restringidas al análisis técnico-científico, que reduce el problema a razones sanitarias y de salud pública, contaminación e infraestructura. Consecuentemente, esta visión ha sido normalmente ajena a la interpretación socioambiental o bien a la búsqueda de soluciones a los conflictos que el acceso y el uso del agua a menudo desencadenan en los grupos sociales, con lo que se desconoce el potencial que un análisis complejo de la relación sociedad-naturaleza puede arrojar para el entendimiento de tan agudo problema y el planteamiento de posibles soluciones. El objetivo de esta breve reseña es contribuir a este propósito general y de vincular la investigación histórica en el análisis y solución de los conflictos ambientales, un acercamiento bibliográfico en el rico tema, relativamente inexplorado, de la historia del agua en Bogotá. Para este fin, se discutirán algunos trabajos centrados en la cuenca del río Tunjuelo, una fuente hídrica de importancia en el desarrollo del espacio urbano de la ciudad.	es-ES
