dc.description	Studying Diasporas brings together sociological, anthropological and historical interest and research, mainly due to the research potential offered, in addition to the possibility of understanding, more fully, the cultural processes and challenges presented to theory and methodology. New realities demand new concepts to describe Diaspora concepts such as trans-nationalism, Diaspora and citizens of the Diaspora. In this essay, I will direct my attention, first, to explain the criteria by which we define and reflect on the phenomenon of the Diaspora. This will he accomplished by taking into consideration some of the most outstanding authors who have worked with this theme, and later I will describe and analyze, using this analytical construct, the distensions of the Diaspora concerning the Cape Verde community in Argentina. My objective cart be summarized as follows: I hope to contribute to the development of a "Historic map” of Cape Verde Diaspora, given that much of this experience has not yet been written. This "map" will continue to be built, through a network of stories that are somewhat connected, in times and spaces where the issue of displaced persons cross, re-inventing and re-making a more permanent map.	en-US
dc.description	Estudiar las Diásporas trae consigo intereses sociológicos, antropológicos e históricos, principalmente debido al potencial de investigación ofrecido y a la posibilidad de entender, de manera más profunda, los procesos culturales y los retos presentados a la metodología y a la teoría. Las nuevas realidades requieren nuevos conceptos para describir las Diásporas en términos de trans-nacionalismos y ciudadanos de la Diáspora. En este ensayo mi atención está puesta, en primer lugar, en explicar los criterios por medio de los que se define y se refleja el fenómeno de la Diáspora. Esto será llevado a cabo al tener en consideración algunos de los autores más sobresalientes que han trabajado este tema. Luego analizaré y describiré, empleado esta base analítica, las distensiones de la Diáspora de la comunidad de Cabo Verde en Argentina. Mi objetivo se resume en lo siguiente: Espero contribuir al desarrollo de un “Mapa histórico” de la Diáspora de Cabo Verde, debido a que gran parte de esta experiencia no ha sido estudiada. Este “mapa” se seguirá construyendo, a través de una red de relatos que, de alguna manera, están conectados, en tiempos y espacios en donde la situación de las personas que se desplazaron se cruza, reinventando y rehaciendo un mapa más permanente.	es-ES
