| dc.description | Taking into account the previous article, this article analyzes one subject, who forms part of the State, in this case the Colombian state, who was responsible for a large part of the dictates and critical actions of our foreign policy in the period between 1970-1974. The article deals with Foreign Minister Alfredo Vázquez Carrizosa.This analysis has been divided into five sections. The first one is titled "Colombian Internaional Relations: the agenda and thesis of Alfredo Vázquez Carrizosa"; the second "Alfredo Vázquez Carrizosa and his conception of the world"; the third "Cooperation, justice and peace: an optimistic reading of international relations"; the fourth, "Internacional Law: the connective thread of Colombian International Policy" and finally "Reform of the Organization of the American States (OAS): The Colombian proposals." | en-US |
