dc.description	This article makes a spatial analysis of the Colombian party system during the period 1991-2019, with particular emphasis on the incorporation of extra-systemic actors via negotiation and peace agreements. The spatiotemporal delimitation is established between the promulgation of the Political Constitution of 1991, which marked the change from the Colombian bipartisan system to a multiparty one, and the signing of the Peace Agreement at the  Teatro Colón with the FARC-EP. Methodologically, the article takes up the Gary Hoskin (1990) one-dimensional spatial analysis technique (left-right) but suggests the integration of a new axis (high-low) for the study of partisan political space from multiple poles (Ostiguy, 2009). The central argument of the article is that the progressive incorporation of extra-systemic insurgent actors through the life of post-insurgent political parties (Holland, 2016) has allowed the appearance of a multipolar political space previously invisible and disabled by the war dynamics and the prolonged violence. Likewise, this multipolar political space opens the door to the analysis of the Colombian party system in the national and subnational levels.	en-US
dc.description	Este artículo hace un análisis espacial del sistema de partidos colombiano durante el periodo 1991-2019, con particular énfasis en la incorporación de actores extrasistémicos vía negociación y acuerdos de paz. La delimitación espaciotemporal se traza desde la promulgación de la Constitución Política de 1991, la cual marcó el cambio del sistema bipartidista colombiano a uno de tipo multipartidista, y la firma del Acuerdo de Paz del Teatro Colón con la guerrilla de las FARC-EP. Metodológicamente, el artículo retoma la técnica de análisis espacial unidimensional de Gary Hoskin (1990) —Izquierda-Derecha—pero sugiere la integración de un nuevo eje —Alto-Bajo— para el estudio del espacio político partidista desde múltiples polos (Ostiguy, 2009a). El argumento central de trabajo es que la progresiva incorporación de los actores insurgentes extrasistémicos por la vía de partidos políticos posinsurgentes (Holland, 2016) ha permitido la aparición de un espacio político multipolar previamente invisibilizado e inhabilitado por las dinámicas bélicas y la violencia prolongada; asimismo, dicho espacio político multipolar abre la puerta al análisis del sistema de partidos colombiano en los ámbitos nacional y subnacional.	es-ES
