dc.description	A partir del documento elaborado por el grupo de investigación del PEI en el primer semestre académico de 1998, que ha señalado de manera oportuna importantes claridades sobre las relaciones entre la ciencia, disciplina y profesión, la presente ponencia tiene como propósito continuar este debate sobre la interdisciplinariedad y la comunicación en la construcción de comunicación académica desde la experiencia del currículo de Comunicación Social, el cual señala en cada uno de los momentos del plan de estudios la intención de un amplio diálogo interdisciplinario.
dc.description	Starting from the document prepared by the research group of the PEI in the first academic semester of 1998, which has pointed out in a timely manner important clarities on the relationships between science, discipline and profession, the purpose of this paper is to continue this debate on the interdisciplinarity and communication in the construction of academic communication from the experience of the Social Communication curriculum, which indicates in each of the moments of the study plan the intention of a broad interdisciplinary dialogue.
