| dc.description | Resumen. El artículo se propone comparar los fenómenos de las villas y las ocupaciones ilegales de baldíos e inmuebles en la ciudad de Buenos Aires (Argentina) a partir de una serie de ejes. En primer lugar se presenta una breve caracterización de ambas modalidades de habitación, y luego se abordan los sentidos y concepciones que han cobrado más fuerza respecto a estos “habitantes precarios” de la ciudad. Se analizan la invisibilidad e ilegalidad de los ocupantes en articulación compleja con la visibilidad y legalidad que sí adquieren los villeros por parte del Estado, ya que, a pesar de la disparidad numérica entre ambos, estos últimos continuaron siendo percibidos por el poder local como sujetos legítimos de políticas habitacionales.Abstract. This article proposes to compare the phenomena of the villas and the illegal occupation of untitled land and properties in the city of Buenos Aires (Argentina) along of series of axes. First, there is a brief characterization of both modes of habitation, and then a look at the meanings and concepts that have taken hold among these “precarious inhabitants” of the city. The article analyzes the invisibility andillegality of the occupants in a complex articulation with the visibility and legality acquired by the villeros on the part of the state, given that, in spite of the large numeric difference between both, the villeros continue to be perceived by local powers as legitimate subjects in terms of habitat politics. | es-ES |
