| dc.description | This paper inquires into time, unreality, and disembodiment. These topics are tackled in Anna Kavan's work –a twentieth-century English writer–, whose novels and tales have elements for a psychoanalytic approach of such topics. It is found out that, in the author's work, they appear in relation to the limit of the symbolic and its insufficiency. In this sense, they appear as a silent enigma for the subject since they exceed the field of language. | en-US |

Estos temas son pesquisados en la obra de Anna Kavan, escritora inglesa del siglo XX, cuyas novelas y relatos arrojan indicaciones que aportan a un abordaje psicoanalítico de los temas propuestos. Se encuentra que en la obra de esta autora estos aparecen en relación con el límite de lo simbólico y su insuficiencia. En este sentido, se presentan como un enigma silencioso al sujeto, en la medida en que exceden al campo del lenguaje. | es-ES |

Ces thèmes sont étudiés dans l’œuvre d’Anna Kavan, écrivain anglaise du XXe siècle, dont les romans et récits donnent des pistes favorisant une approche psychanalytique de ces sujets. Ils se manifestent, dans l’œuvre de cet auteur, par rapport à la limite du symbolique et de son insuffisance.
