| dc.description | After recognizing the juridical assumptions about the harm valuation and the difficulty for the comprehension of the subjective in the legal scope, besides in the questions associated to make amends for psychics affections caused by an illicit, this article is presented as one of the possibilities for elucidating these statements, through the revision of bibliography on the psychological valuation, at the evidence of national and international laws and jurisprudence. At the beginning, we allude to the psychologist as an expert, for afterwards, to make known the harm typologies, the evaluation tools, the indemnifying and restorative acts, and transversally to dated, we state some dissertations on the update functions of the psychologist as and assistants of justice administration. | en-US |
| dc.description | Tras reconocer los supuestos jurídicos acerca de la valoración del daño y la dificultad para la comprensión de lo subjetivo en el ámbito legal; además de los interrogantes asociados a la reparación de afecciones psíquicas causadas por un ilícito, este artículo se presenta como una de las posibilidades para elucidar estos asuntos, por medio de la revisión de bibliografía sobre la valoración psicológica, a la luz de las leyes y jurisprudencia nacional e internacional. Inicialmente se alude al psicólogo como perito, para luego dar a conocer las tipologías de daño, las herramientas de evaluación, los actos indemnizatorios y restaurativos, y transversal a ello, se plantea disertaciones sobre la actual función del psicólogo como auxiliar de la administración de justicia. | es-ES |
