dc.description	A project progress "Concepts existing about the worker, their uses and implications on the task of organizational psychologists of the city of Medellín"is presented, revealing the methodological memory of the process conducted during the first phase of the qualitative research enrolled in the methodology: state of the art. Research experience to realize how progress has been made to answer the research question posed is exposed, which investigates by conceptions existing about the worker and which of these are being used by organizational psychologists in the city of Medellín, and degree of coherence or dissonance with these conceptions with their professional practice	en-US
dc.description	Se presenta un avance del proyecto “Concepciones existentes sobre el trabajador, sus usos e implicaciones en el quehacer de los psicólogos organizacionales de la ciudad de Medellín”, dando a conocer la memoria metodológica del proceso llevado a cabo durante la primera fase de la investigación de tipo cualitativo inscrito en metodología: estado del arte. Se expone la experiencia investigativa que da cuenta de cómo se ha avanzado para dar respuesta a la pregunta de investigación planteada, la cual indaga por las concepciones del trabajador existentes y cuáles de éstas están siendo usadas por los psicólogos organizacionales de la ciudad de Medellín y el grado de disonancia o coherencia que tienen dichas concepciones respecto a su práctica profesional. 2 trabajador existentes y cuáles de éstas están siendo usadas por los psicólogos organizacionales de la ciudad de Medellín y el grado de disonancia o coherencia que tienen dichas concepciones respecto a su práctica profesional.	es-ES
