| dc.description | Numerous currents have formed the history of psychology, many have disappeared and others have been transformed. Schools with its own language, with a vision of its purpose and a specific intervention method, which enriches and gives life to psychology itself, but to what extent this diversity has hindered the discussion of the condition scientific or not of this discipline? Is the plurality which has caused this or is the unwillingness of psychologists to keep alive the debate? Some psychologists are beyond the debate by proclaiming the end of psychologies and the rise of a unitary paradigm, but most have abandoned the theoretical reflection on their practice to serve in the field of action that they have chosen. This can be checked with the small number of documents found to account for the epistemological discussion, and several of the sources analyzed have an ideological position to a current or more specific proposal that the critical analysis of the situation epistemological psychology. | en-US |
| dc.description | Gran cantidad de corrientes han trasegado por la historia de la Psicología, muchas han desaparecido y otras se han transformado. Escuelas con un lenguaje propio, con una visión de su objeto y un método para intervenir particulares, lo cual enriquece y le da vida a la Psicología misma, pero ¿hasta qué punto esta pluralidad ha entorpecido la discusión sobre el carácter científico o no de esta disciplina? ¿Es la pluralidad lo que ha ocasionado esto o es el poco deseo de los psicólogos en mantener vivo el debate? Algunos psicólogos dan por superado el debate pregonando el fin de las psicologías y el auge de un paradigma unitario, pero la gran mayoría han abandonado la reflexión teórica sobre su praxis para servir en el campo de acción que han elegido. Esto se puede comprobar con la poca cantidad de documentos hallados que den cuenta de la discusión epistemológica, y en varias de las fuentes analizadas lo que se pudo encontrar fue un posicionamiento ideológico hacia una corriente o propuesta determinada más que en el análisis crítico de la situación epistemológica de la psicología. | es-ES |
