| dc.description | This article develops a first approach to elements and dimensions that have been shaping conditions of epistemic injustice that go beyond the realms of what has been understood as workplace harassment in university life. Epistemic injustice is understood as the denial of the right to represent opinions, belief systems, and freedom of thought and expression by a professor in the context of his life within the academic community. Through four life stories of professors with high national and international recognition, with extensive research and outstanding evaluations, situations of epistemic injustice are determined, their causes and effects are defined. The existence of a hidden anomia is revealed in the university the structure of nation that is affecting the generation ok knowledge and the principles of university autonomy and the constitutional mandate of freedom of teaching and research. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo de investigación desarrolla una primera aproximación a elementos y dimensiones donde se configuran condiciones de injusticia epistémica, desbordando los ámbitos propios de lo que se entiende como acoso laboral en la vida universitaria. Se comprende por injusticia epistémica la negación al derecho de representación de las opiniones, sistemas de creencias libertad de pensamiento y expresión por parte de un profesor, en el contexto de su vida al interior de la comunidad académica. A través de cuatro historias de vida de docentes con altos reconocimientos nacionales e internacionales, con extensas investigaciones y evaluaciones sobresalientes, se determinan situaciones, causas y afectaciones situadas en la definición de injusticia epistémica. Se evidencia la existencia de una anomia oculta en la estructura universitaria del país, que afecta la generación de conocimiento y los principios de autonomía universitaria y del mandato constitucional de la libertad de cátedra e investigación. | es-ES |
