| dc.description | Este artículo analiza las implicaciones legales y familiares que conlleva un proceso de separación o divorcio, que les permita a los profesionales de las Ciencias Sociales y Humanas, en aras de ayudar a prevenir dificultades y orientar a aquellos padres que inician o se encuentran enfrentando un evento tan difícil como este. A partir de un análisis documental, desde las investigaciones realizadas sobre esta problemática tanto en el contexto terapéutico como jurídico, se concluyó que es necesario articular dichas disciplinas para contribuir a resolver a través de la concertación, el diálogo y una actitud flexible de la pareja, las consecuencias que se generan por el rompimiento del vínculo conyugal. | es-ES |
