| dc.description | Objective: to describe the reflections built in therapeutic spaces by couples that have experienced infidelity and the professionals that support these intervention processes. Methodology: the qualitative approach and the symbolic interactionism as an analysis perspective gave to this investigation an approach to their actors’ experiences going through the micro, sociocultural, and the world of the quotidian, where the profound interview and the focal group facilitated the information gathering, focusing on the qualities of their narratives and the reflection’s construction. Results and conclusion: the findings allow to suggest that the patients and counselors’’ reflection on infidelity are connected with cultural mandates, pain experience, and accountability, in which the therapeutic process allows to understand it as an invitation that the relationship does to its members, to talk and make visible the discomfort and the displeasure, becoming in an opportunity to reflect and go through a re-signifying path more hopeful. | en-US |
| dc.description | Aquí se describen las reflexiones que en espacios terapéuticos construyen las parejas que han experimentado vivencias de infidelidad y los profesionales que acompañan estos procesos de intervención. Un enfoque cualitativo y el interaccionismo simbólico como perspectiva de análisis privilegiaron en esta investigación una lectura de las experiencias de sus actores desde lo micro, lo sociocultural y el mundo de la vida cotidiana, donde la entrevista a profundidad y el grupo focal facilitaron la recolección de la información, enfocándose en las cualidades de sus relatos y la construcción de las reflexiones. Los hallazgos permiten sugerir que las reflexiones de los consultantes y los profesionales sobre la infidelidad se conectan con los mandatos culturales, la experiencia del dolor y la responsabilización, en donde el proceso terapéutico permite comprenderla como una invitación que la relación le hace a sus miembros, para conversar y visibilizar el malestar y la inconformidad, configurándose como oportunidad para reflexionar y enrutarse en un camino de resignificación más esperanzador y nutricio. | es-ES |
