dc.description	Cultural heritage is today a resource of multiple uses and practices; it is of growing interest that institutions build their values based on their elements for the improvement of political and commercial relations. The objective of this research is based on the need to diagnose sociocultural dynamics around cultural heritage and analyze the different material elements along with their management models. The methodology was of a historical, ethnographic, non-experimental, transversal and mixed character in which qualitative and quantitative approaches converged. The results showed more than 150 heritage elements, so the avenue La Playa is consolidated as a kind of laboratory where heritage and territory meet to transform and give meaning to social construction. Finally, we can conclude that the avenue La Playa can be thought of as a space to adopt under a strategic vision, that is, to project it as an integral space where the different dynamics that occur there, recognizing its heritage resources as important factors to drive social, cultural and economic success.	en-US
dc.description	El patrimonio cultural es hoy día un recurso de múltiples usos y prácticas; es de creciente interés que las instituciones construyan sus valores basados en sus elementos para el mejoramiento de las relaciones políticas y comerciales. El objetivo de esta investigación se basa en la necesidad de diagnosticar las dinámicas socioculturales en torno al patrimonio cultural y analizar los diferentes elementos materiales junto a sus modelos de gestión. La metodología fue de corte histórico, etnográfico, no experimental, transversal y de carácter mixto en el que convergían los enfoques cualitativos y cuantitativos. Los resultados arrojaron más de 150 elementos patrimoniales, por lo que la avenida La Playa se consolida como un lugar de laboratorio donde el patrimonio y el territorio se encuentran para transformar y dar sentido a la construcción social. Finalmente, podemos concluir que la avenida La Playa se puede pensarcomo un espacio para adoptarlo bajo una visión estratégica, proyectarlo como un espacio integral dondese tejen las diferentes dinámicas que allí se dan, reconociendo sus recursos patrimoniales como factoresimportantes para impulsar el éxito social, cultural y económico.	es-ES
