| dc.description | This article seeks to analyze how the real estate growth experienced by the municipality of Bello in recent years has shaped a dynamic of urban development that extends sociospatial segregation and deepens social inequality and multidimensional poverty. From the analysis of official figures, it is evident how Bello, at the time that it became the city with the highest construction dynamics of the Aburra Valley, also stood out as one of the lowest levels of quality of life and higher rates of multidimensional poverty presents, being the 21 informal human settlements that the city has, the territories most forgotten by the State and, consequently, more vulnerable to remain in the poverty circles. In this sense, the present text, appealing to the commitment of the academy to the transformations that society requires, criticizes the approach with which the Mayor of Bello has attended these territories and proposes the rights approach as an intervention alternative. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo busca analizar cómo el crecimiento inmobiliario que ha vivido el municipio de Bello en los últimos años ha configurado una dinámica de desarrollo urbano que amplía la segregación socioespacial y profundiza la desigualdad social y la pobreza multidimensional. A partir del análisis de cifras oficiales, se evidencia cómo Bello, al tiempo que se convirtió en la ciudad con mayor dinámica constructora del Valle de Aburrá, también se destacó por ser una de las que menores niveles de calidad de vida tiene y mayores índices de pobreza multidimensional presenta, siendo los 21 asentamientos humanos informales que tiene la ciudad, los territorios más olvidados por el Estado y, en consecuencia, más vulnerables a permanecer en los círculos de pobreza. En tal sentido, el presente texto, apelando al compromiso de la academia con las transformaciones que requiere la sociedad, realiza una crítica al enfoque con el que la Alcaldía de Bello ha atendido estos territorios, y propone el enfoque de derechos como alternativa de intervención. | es-ES |
