| dc.description | This work shows the contributions of the marxist tradition, ancled on the historical-critical perspective from the historical and dialetical materialism to the latin-american Social Work, specially from the experiences in Brazil and Colombia. This is a big contribution to the theoretical reflections of the profesion since it bases the discussion about the meaning of the critical perspective without summarize it to the marxism, arguing why it’s urgent to built a profesional praxis ancled to the marxist criticism. At the same time, it desmitifies the marxism reaching it to the reality of the profesion and the population in wich it’s built the profesional praxis. The careful reading of this book makes posible understand the contemporanity and the pertinence of the historical-critical perspective to the latin-american Social Work and, even, the worldwide Social Work. Paying attetion to the need of recognize the political dimension of the profesion that must analyze the joint in front of a social-capitalist estructure that set big limits to the profesional praxis. | en-US |
| dc.description | Esta obra presenta los aportes de la tradición marxista, anclados en la perspectiva histórico-crítica, desde el materialismo histórico y dialéctico, para el Trabajo Social latinoamericano, pensado especialmente desde las experiencias construidas en Brasil y en Colombia. Se trata de un importante aporte para las reflexiones teóricas de la profesión puesto que fundamenta el debate sobre el sentido de lo que es la perspectiva “crítica”, sin resumirla al marxismo, argumentando, sin embargo, por qué urge construir una praxis profesional anclada en la crítica marxista. Asimismo, desmitifica el marxismo, acercándolo a la realidad de la profesión y de la población con la cual cotidianamente se construye el ejercicio profesional. La lectura atenta del libro posibilita comprender la contemporaneidad y la pertinencia de la perspectiva histórico-crítica para el Trabajo Social latinoamericano, e incluso mundial, llamando la atención respecto a la necesidad de reconocer la dimensión política de la profesión, que debe analizar la coyuntura frente a una estructura social capitalista, que impone severos límites al ejercicio profesional. | es-ES |
