dc.description	This essay presents an analysis of the transformations that have been created in collective action for the defense of the demands and rights of homosexual persons in Colombia, in the transition from the Twentieth to the Twenty-First Century, taking as a starting point the emergence of the Homosexual Liberation Movement in the 1970s-1980s, centered on the logic of recognition and visibility, and mobilization initiatives that placed hiv as a matter of urgent attention during the 1990s. Which we have called the paradox of invisibility, to reach contemporary advances in legislation and the idea of “rights” as constitutive of the struggles for the legitimacy of homosexual people in the country taking as a fundamental axis the identification in the word lgbti.	en-US
dc.description	En este artículo se plantea un análisis de las transformaciones que se han gestado en las prácticas de acción colectiva por la defensa de las demandas y/o derechos de las personas homosexuales en Colombia en la transición de siglo xx al xxi, tomando como punto de partida la aparición del Movimiento de Liberación Homosexual —mlh— entre las décadas de 1970-1980, centrado en lógicas del reconocimiento y la visibilidad, pasando por las iniciativas de movilización que situaban el vih como un tema de atención urgente durante la década de 1990 en lo que hemos denominado la paradoja de la invisibilidad, hasta llegar a los avances contemporáneos en materia legislativa y la idea de “derechos” como constitutiva de las luchas por la legitimidad de las personas homosexuales en el país, tomando como eje fundamental la identificación bajo la sigla lgbti.	es-ES
