| dc.description | Taking into consideration the difficulty of providing a response to the particularities of capitalism in Latin America, different Marxist trends have shown an inclination to classify it as a “young” or “underdeveloped” type of capitalism when compared to an industrial and developed type of capitalism; such reasoning leads to considering that accelerating the process of “maturity” would bring a solution to its “underdevelopment”. Such argument, not only avoids explaining the processes that affect it, but questions the things that get away from the established model. This article aims to discuss on those positions and other recurring mistakes, in order to claim that the Latin American dependent capitalism is a fully mature, original type of capitalism with dynamics of reproduction that drift it apart from the paths walked by the developed capitalism. | en-US |
| dc.description | Frente a la dificultad de ofrecer una respuesta sobre las particularidades del capitalismo en América Latina, el camino asumido por corrientes diversas en el seno del marxismo es considerarlo un capitalismo “joven”, o “atrasado”, teniendo como modelo el capitalismo industrial y desarrollado, con lo que se considera que acelerando su “madurez” se logra la solución al atraso. De esta forma se elude explicar los procesos que lo atraviesan, y de manera reactiva se cuestiona aquello que se aleja del modelo asumido. Aquí discutiremos estas posiciones y otros equívocos recurrentes, para destacar que el capitalismo dependiente latinoamericano es una forma original de capitalismo, plenamente maduro, y que la dinámica de reproducción que genera no solo no lo acerca, sino que lo aleja de las rutas seguidaspor el capitalismo desarrollado. | es-ES |
