dc.description	The article refers to the topic of the memory and repair of the victims of the armed conflicts. It supports that though the amnesties and pardons to the victimarios are necessary in the processes and agreements of peace, these must offer opportunities for the reconstruction of a collective memory that allows the people who have suffered the violence, find sense and explanation to his dramas. The authoress alludes to the singularity of the Colombian conflict and to the experiences of Medellìn, with agreements of demobilization and subjection to the justice, which emphasis has been in the agreements of pardon and forgetfulness, spending for high the memory of the victims and reconstruction of "their" truth. She wonders about the real possibility of starting processes with high doses of memory and truth for the victims and, finally, it raises that the truth is the starting point to construct the memory and the history of the city, and the creation of “memory politics” compete manly to the State, but also to the society	en-US
dc.description	El artículo se refiere al tema de la memoria y de la reparación de las victimas de los conflictos armados. Sostiene que aunque las amnistías e indultos a los victimarios son necesarios en los procesos y acuerdos de paz, estos deben brindar oportunidades para la reconstrucción de una memoria colectiva que les permita a las personas que han sufrido la violencia, encontrar sentido y explicación a sus dramas. La autora alude a la singularidad del conflicto colombiano y a las experiencias de Medellín con acuerdos de desmovilización y sometimiento a la justicia, cuyo énfasis ha estado en los pactos de perdón y olvido, pasando por alto la memoria de las victimas y reconstrucción de “su” verdad. Se pregunta por la posibilidad real de poner en marcha procesos con altas dosis de memoria y verdad para las victimas y, finalmente, plantea que la verdad es el punto de partida para construir la memoria y la historia de la ciudad, y que compete principalmente al Estado, pero también a la sociedad la creación de “políticas de la memoria”	es-ES
