dc.description	This work originates in the research The social diagnosis of the uruguayan families in the of social protection system as a theoretical, methodological and operative instance of elucidating social risks, developed in the context of the edition 2008 of Carlos Filgueira Competitive Funds of the Infancy, Adolescence and Family Program of the Social Development Ministry of Uruguay, with Program of the United Nations for the Development financial support.From methodological the study's perspective was based on an analysis of diagnostic practices developed in the institution of assistance to the infancy and the adolescence -produced in the judicial area- as source of knowledge over of the assisted families.The investigation is based from an observer of second order perspective over the expert system that describes and analyzes -across critique of the actors rationality- the individual conducts which conflicts have been judicialized and derived to the social protection system.Summarizing, it is possible to claim that the logic of the diagnosis and the social expert's report turns out to be informed from the risk's speech, as device of knowledge and power that collect the most fragile individuals' speech and redefines it across a mechanism of attribution of responsibilities in the horizon of an autonomous and increasing reflexive appropriation of themselves biographies.	en-US
dc.description	Este trabajo se origina en la investigación titulada El diagnóstico social de las familias uruguayas en el entramado de protección social como instancia teórico-metodológica y operativa dilucidadora de riesgos sociales, realizada en el contexto de la edición 2008 de los Fondos Concursables Carlos Filgueira del Programa Infancia y Familia del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de Uruguay, con financiamiento del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo.Desde la perspectiva metodológica, el estudio estuvo basado en un análisis de contenido de las prácticas diagnósticas realizadas en la institución de asistencia a la infancia y la adolescencia -producidas u ordenadas desde el ámbito judicial- como fuente de conocimiento acerca de las familias asistidas.La investigación se ubica en la perspectiva de un observador de segundo orden acerca del sistema experto que describe y analiza -a través de la crítica de la racionalidad de los actores- las conductas de los sujetos cuyos conflictos familiares se judicializan y derivan al sistema de protección social.A modo de síntesis es posible afirmar que la lógica del diagnóstico y el peritaje social aparece informada desde el discurso del riesgo, como dispositivo de saber-poder que recoge el discurso de los sujetos más frágiles y lo redefine a través de un mecanismo de atribución de responsabilidades, en el horizonte de una apropiación autónoma y crecientemente reflexiva de sus biografías.	es-ES
