The objective of the following article is to present the results of the didactic innovation amongst teachers: from the classroom to the academy, which introduces a question for university teaching learning and invites to recognize the political responsibility at the school and ethical responsibility at the masters who inhabited.
This he does by presenting the album books as a didactic resource with which you can interpellate the hegemonic school forms and establish a link between the school and the academy. All the about is the result at the two phases of the didactic innovation, developed with teachers information of the bachelor ́s degree in the first phase, and teachers of public and private schools, university teachers in the second phase.
To achieve this purpose, the first part presents the contextualization at the didactic innovation developed with in the frame work of the call for didactic innovation I and II of the educational and pedagogical research center (CIEP) from the university of Antioquia, in the second part conceptual referents are offered that delimit the discussion field university: didactic and album books and in the third part the main finding are displayed what makes it possible to identify the importance of thinking about tender training from processes that allows them to recognize the experience of the school that has not been theorized too.
El objetivo del siguiente artículo es presentar los resultados de la innovación didáctica Entre maestros: del aula de clase a la academia, la cual introduce una pregunta por la didáctica universitaria, que va más allá de pensar los recursos o estrategias en la diada enseñanza-aprendizaje y que invita a reconocer el carácter político de la escuela y la responsabilidad ética de los maestros que la habitan. Esto lo hace, presentando los libros álbum como un recurso didáctico con el que pueden interpelarse las formas hegemónicas escolares y establecerse un vínculo entre la escuela y la academia. Todo lo anterior, con base en los resultados de las dos fases de la innovación didáctica, desarrollada con maestros en formación de la Licenciatura en Pedagogía Infantil, en la primera fase, y maestros de escuelas públicas y privadas, maestros universitarios, en la segunda.
Para lograr este propósito, en la primera parte, se presenta la contextualización de la innovación didáctica desarrollada en el marco de la Convocatoria de Innovaciones Didácticas I y II del Centro de Investigaciones Educativas y Pedagógicas (CIEP) de la Universidad de Antioquia; en la segunda parte, se ofrecen referentes conceptuales que delimitan el campo de discusión: la didáctica universitaria y los libros álbum; en la tercera parte, se despliegan los principales hallazgos que permiten identificar la importancia de pensar la formación de maestros desde procesos que les permita reconocer experiencias de la escuela que no han sido teorizados.
