| dc.description | This article aims to carry out a refective exercise on the role of social networks in the construction of digital citizenship. For this purpose, a frst argumentative approach is made to information and communication technologies based on their relationship with the construction of society. Next, the issue of social networks and their consequent infuencing power in communication scenarios and the emerging realities of today’s society as evidenced by cyberculture is addressed. Finally, based on the thematic contributions presented, the epistemic elements that underpin digital citizenship and its relationship with the construction of public opinion are exposed. | en-US |
| dc.description | Con el presente artículo se pretende realizar un ejercicio refexivo sobre el papel que cumplen las redes sociales en la construcción de la ciudadanía digital. Para tal efecto, se hace un primer acercamiento argumentativo a las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación a partir de su relación con la construcción de sociedad. Seguidamente, se aborda el tema sobre las redes sociales y su consecuente poder infuyente en los escenarios comunicativos y las emergentes realidades de la sociedad actual evidenciadas a partir de la cibercultura. Por último, a partir de los aportes temáticos presentados, se exponen los elementos epistémicos que fundamentan la ciudadanía digital y su relación con la construcción de la opinión pública. | es-ES |
