| dc.description | In the globalization that we find ourselves, the commercial sexual exploitation of children has a greater impact, since the use of computer and technological tools allows this criminal phenomenon such as child sexual abuse and exploitation to spread rapidly throughout the world, regardless of levels. Of culture and education of the different States, even the punitive power of the State is insufficient to control this violation of the rights of Boys, Girls and Adolescents (hereinafter NNA). That is why this research project turned out to be a unique experience, especially due to the close approach to an existing reality, which is stigmatized by various actors, who prefer to keep silent and keep violent acts in secret, where human rights are They are violated directly affecting the dignity of people, specifically in this research we focus on one of the most vulnerable groups such as children and adolescents. | en-US |
| dc.description | En la globalización que nos encontramos, la explotación sexual comercial infantil tiene un mayor impacto, ya que el uso de herramientas informáticas y tecnológicas, permiten que este fenómeno criminal como la pederastia y explotación sexual infantil se riegue rápidamente por el mundo entero, sin considerar niveles de cultura y educación de los diferentes Estados, incluso, el poder punitivo del Estado es insuficiente para controlar esta vulneración a los derechos de los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes (en adelante NNA). Es por ello, que el presente proyecto de investigación, resultó una experiencia única, sobre todo por el gran acercamiento a una realidad existente, que es estigmatizada por varios actores, los cuales prefieren callar y mantener en reserva hechos violentos, donde los derechos humanos se ven vulnerados afectando directamente la dignidad de las personas, específicamente en esta investigación nos enfocamos a uno de los grupos más vulnerables como son los niños, niñas y adolescentes. | es-ES |
