The covid 19 forced humanity to make several changes in perspective in terms of lifestyles, the way of seeing the world and the way in which human beings process the reality in which they live. In this post-pandemic era, people are relearning how to function in society and even relearning how to learn. And that is why education is the first institution to face the new era. This article aims to describe the theoretical contributions of neuropedagogy to the development of didactic strategies in teaching and learning in a postcovid 19 era. Likewise, this work shows a documentary review in which the main neuropedagogical foundations focused on the relationship of emotions with learning, neuroplasticity that is reinforced by learning experiences, physical activities, among others, are exposed. Regarding the methodology, this work is documentary-descriptive and is framed in the qualitative paradigm. With respect to the results, it is stated that the literature consulted establishes a close relationship between the emotions of the individual and his or her learning processes, that the context and the experiences lived can have a determining influence on learning, as well as physical activity. Therefore, it is highly relevant that teachers include didactic strategies based on neuropedagogy to help their students to strengthen and improve their learning processes in an era as peculiar as the present one.El covid 19 obligó a la humanidad a realizar diversos cambios de perspectiva en cuanto a los estilos de vida, la forma de ver al mundo y la manera en que el ser humano procesa la realidad en la que vive. En esta era postpandemia, las personas están reaprendiendo a desenvolverse en sociedad e incluso reaprendiendo a aprender. Y por eso, la educación es la primera institución en hacerle frente a la nueva era. El presente artículo de reflexión tiene como objetivo describir los aportes teóricos de la neuropedagogía al desarrollo de estrategias didácticas en la enseñanza- aprendizaje en una era postcovid 19. Asimismo, este trabajo muestra una revisión documental en la que se exponen los principales fundamentos neuropedagógicos centrados en la relación de las emociones con el aprendizaje, la neuroaplasticidad que se refuerza con las experiencias de aprendizaje, las actividades físicas, entre otros. En cuanto a la metodología, este trabajo es documental-descriptivo y se enmarca en el paradigma cualitativo. Con respecto a los resultados, se afirma que la literatura consultada establece una relación estrecha entre las emociones del individuo y sus procesos de aprendizaje, que el contexto y las experiencias vividas pueden incidir de forma determinante en el aprendizaje, así como la actividad física. Por esto, es sumamente relevante que los docentes incluyan estrategias didácticas basadas en la neuropedagogía para ayudar a sus estudiantes a fortalecer y mejorar sus procesos de aprendizaje en una era tan peculiar como la actual.
